The blade is hardened and tempered to ensure the edge will stay sharp for many years. It features non-slip rubber feet and a guillotine cutting action. The blades are made from Sandvik 14C28 stainless steel, that is a martensitic stainless chromium steel with a chemistry optimized for high quality professional knife applications.
